Refund & Return Policy

Due to the reproducible nature of DVD products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered.

Defective or Damaged Items Only

We will only offer a replacement of the same item if the product arrives defective or physically damaged. To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect or damage
  • The item must not show signs of use or tampering

How to Request a Replacement

Please contact us at chinoiserie2009@gmail.com with your order number and proof of the defect. Once approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Change of mind
  • Incompatibility with your DVD player (please check region compatibility before purchasing)
  • Digital copying or duplication of content
